Possible Cause:

The Connection Manager is waiting for a path to the destination.

Unable to connect. Verify you have network coverage, and try again. If the problem persists, contact your network administrator


Possible Resolution:

1. There is no connection available for the device to communicate with the server.


User Action:

1. Verify the data connectivity settings (GPRS/dial-up settings) on your device

2. Ensure the device can access Internet sites.
