Possible Cause:
The client is missing the personal digital certificate required to synchronize with Exchange.
Possible Resolution:
Install the personal digital certificate on the Windows Mobile Device.

If you have a Windows Mobile 5.0 device with AKU 2.x, contact your OEM for a rom upgrade.
