Possible Cause:
Synchronization failed because the device timed out waiting for the server to respond. Try again later.
Possible Resolution:
This error is reported when the device times out while trying to establish a connection with the server. The error is reported after around 4 minutes.
User Action:
1. Attempt the sync later
